Uses the Winbond W25Q128FV Chip.
Power: 3.3VDC (2.7-3.6V) @ ~4mA Active
Organization: 65k Pages of 256 bytes each.
Erase: Supports 4KB sector/32 & 64KB Block, Entire Chip
Input/Output: 2 X 4 Pin, 0.10” Pitch solder holes for headers or wire.
